Yalova Termal, which dates back to the Roman and Byzantine periods as a settlement center, has attracted attention in the last periods of the Ottoman Empire with its healing waters, and has been the scene of minor constructions and repairs. Yalova and Termal, with their therapeutic natural resources and green surroundings, also gained the appreciation of Atatürk. In Yalova, where he came for various reasons, the mansion in Baltacı Çiftliği was allocated to him, and then the mansion in the Millet Farm was built. Atatürk Mansions, which were chosen by Atatürk and his friends, are known for their completion in a very short time and to have the characteristics of an "Atatürk House".
The building, which is one of the early examples of our Republican Period architecture, was built in 1929 and has survived to the present day with the furniture used in the period. The garden of the mansion is famous as a place where Atatürk chatted with his compatriots.
Yalova Ataturk Mansions; It consists of Atatürk House, and Auxiliary Mansion. The wooden building right next to the Atatürk House, Sultan II. It was built as a resting mansion during the Abdülhamid Period (1876-1909) and was used as the Auxiliary Mansion in the Republic Period.

Located right next to Istanbul, this green area gains even more importance as a place where the people of the city can breathe a sigh of relief and find the opportunity to see the heritage of the past period in its original environment. The ancient tunnel and the old wooden cinema building in front of the altar, a little ahead of the mansion, have been recently restored and functioned as a cinema-cafeteria. In the place where cafeteria service is provided during the day, movies are shown in the evening.
