As much as it is necessary to know the real number of the country's population in administrative, military, financial and economic matters, it is clear that it will not be possible to take measures to maintain the reasons for the increase and to eliminate the reasons for the decrease without understanding the amount of increase or decrease in the population with the statistics to be made every year.
